- Student computer lab assistants may assist with maintenance and configuration of all lab computers and peripherals.
- Technical ResNet Assistants (T.R.A.'s) work with Residential Networking Support Services (ResNet) to support network connectivity in the residential halls and Greek housing. T.R.A.'s help configure and troubleshoot students' computers on the phone, in the ResNet office and in the field.
