Event Venues

Stetson has several event venues on campus to meet your needs. It is strongly suggested that you reserve your event space on the campus calendar as early as possible, as spaces fill up quickly. When reserving space, please include a minimum of two hours for setup prior to your event and one and a half hours after for breakdown.

Hollis Center, Rinker Fieldhouse

The Rinker Fieldhouse can accommodate a range of guests with several different room options. The maximum capacity is 800 guests.

• Round Tables (half court): 33 tables, with 264 chairs
• Round Tables (full court): 76 tables, with 684 chairs
• Theatre Style Seating: 500 chairs

Lee Chapel

  

Lee Chapel accommodates 729 persons, including the upstairs balcony seats. With a stage extension, the capacity is 661. This space is best used for speaking engagements or performances.

Lynn Business Center

Rinker Auditorium, Room 108

The Rinker Auditorium is located in the Lynn Business Center and is commonly used for classes. This auditorium can accommodate 145 guests, seated at pre-existing classroom tables and chairs.

Boardroom, Room 213

The Lynn Business Center Boardroom can accommodate 25 guests seated around a conference table. There is extra space on the perimeter of the room to bring in more tables and chairs if needed.

Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Welcome Center

Lynn Presentation Room

The Lynn Presentation Room can accommodate a range of guests with several different room options. If needed, guests can reserve the lobby space as well when reserving the Lynn Presentation Room. This will give the ability to reserve the space and have the glass walls put down to allow for more guests.

• Round Tables (wall up): seven tables, with 63 chairs
• Round Tables (wall down): 16 tables, with 144 chairs
• Theatre-style seating (wall up): 120 chairs
• Theatre-style seating (wall down): 160 chairs

Gary Libby Conference Room, Room 306

Conference room with a capacity of 18 guests.

McGraw Atrium and Patio

The Atrium has a capacity of 40 guests. It is recommended that this space be used as a pre- or post-event reception space.

Palm Court

   

Palm Court is an outdoor venue that can accommodate 150 guests. The recommended setup in this location is an organization fair, cocktail reception or wedding. A tent is required for food service.

Stetson Green

 

The Stetson Green is an outdoor venue that can accommodate 1,000 guests. A wide array of setups are possible, including, but not limited to theatre style, rounds with chairs, picnic tables and activity space. A tent is required for food service.

Stetson Room

 

The Stetson Room is located inside the Carlton Union Building, accessible by stairs and elevator. The space can accommodate a range of guests with several different room options:

• Theatre-style: 300 chairs (450 with rental of additional chairs)
• Dining rounds with the stage: 200 chairs
• Dining rounds without the stage: 240 chairs
• Classroom setup with tables: 96 chairs
• Flexible activity space
