Executive Director of Development Operations
Mark has over 20 years of experience working in wide range of areas which include Advancement Services, Development Operations, Donor Relations and Prospect Research/Management. Prior to joining Stetson University, he held various positions at the University of Scranton, UCF, Kansas State University and the University of Rhode Island. Most recently, he worked for several years in the healthcare industry.
In that time, he has been involved in five successful capital campaigns as well as co-chaired two database conversions while at the University of Rhode Island and UCF. He has been a frequent presenter at various CASE and APRA conferences on a wide range of subjects in areas of data management, development operations and prospect research/identification. He currently serves on the advisory board for the Prospect Research Institute, is past president of APRA-Florida and is an active member of both AASP and APRA.
He holds two degrees from King's College and has performed post-graduate work at the both King's College and the University of Scranton in his native Pennsylvania where he is also a former registered fundraising consultant.
Director of Development Operations/Data Analyst
Don joined the Stetson University Information Technology team in 2007. In 2019, Don transitioned into the Office of Donor Relations within the Development and Alumni Engagement arm of the institution.
Don's role involves managing scholarships, chair endowments and academic awards as well as keeping donors aware of the impacts of their gifts by connecting them with those who benefit directly from their generosity.
Prior to Stetson, Don served in Information Technology leadership roles at Mount Ida College and Dean College, both located in the Boston, Massachusetts area.

Associate Director for Development Operations
Christine has worked at Stetson since 2012, first in Annual Giving and currently in Development Operations. She assists with all of the administrative functions of maintaining the donor database, with specific concentration on data entry and integrity including collaborating with the Information Technology team on data issues, entering and correcting daily information updates, new parent and new graduate roll-over procedures, mailing address verification through an NCOA process, and assisting with the preparation of the VSE/CAE industry report.
Christine has a BS in Environmental Science and Geography from Stetson University.
Director of Research and Prospect Strategy
Cheryl has worked for Stetson since 2011 and served as the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President before moving into her current position of Prospect Researcher. Cheryl works closely with the Vice President’s office and with development officers to identify and gather information on potential donors.
