Transfer Frequently Asked Questions
A student who has attended another higher education institution for any period of time after graduating from secondary school is considered a transfer student. Dual enrollment courses in high school do not count as a transfer student. Transfer students are evaluated primarily on the basis of their college-level work unless they have less than 30 college credits completed.
Transfer applicants who have obtained less than 30 college credits will need to provide official high school transcripts. They can also choose to submit test scores if their high school information is being evaluated.

Stetson University will accept no more than 64 credits. This is because at least ½ of the student's credits need to be completed at Stetson to receive their degree.
