Quinteria is originally from Anniston, AL by way of West Melbourne, FL. She is a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Bethune-Cookman University, located in Daytona Beach, FL. During her matriculation at Bethune-Cookman University she was heavily involved in student life such as: Miss Freshman 2018-2019, Phenomenal Women in Higher Education Think Tank, National Council of Negro Women, BCU Pre-Alumni Council, Senator at Large for Internal Affairs in SGA, University Ambassador in the office of admissions, Student Body Vice President 2020-2021, The 68th Miss Bethune-Cookman University, she is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and ABPsi.

During her senior thesis presentation, she conducted a study entitled: Student Involvement is a Predictor of Academic Success. She believes that getting involved in college prepares you for the real world and she encourages future hatters to take advantage of all the opportunities Stetson has to offer to become the best version of yourself in college.
