Aracely Miranda, graduated from Stetson University in 2019 with BA in Political Science and International Studies with a minor in Latin American Studies. While, at Stetson she received The Hollis Mentored Field Experience award. A faculty lead trip, to conduct original field research in Puerto Rico and present in front of the Latin American Studies department and students. She worked advocating for social justice for the Latinx community with the Alliance of Active Women and La Casita Cultural Latina. Aracely also, interned at the Mexican Consulate in Orlando and participated in Stetson’s Model Senate. She is excited to help #NewHatters explore their passions and find the career that hopefully leads them to their dream job.
