  • Christopher Ferguson, Ph.D., associate professor of psychology, was included in a July 10 article in Game Skinny for his research, which shows that playing violent video games does not increase violent tendencies. The article focuses specifically on how even people with mental disorders did not become more violent while playing video games. The Odyssey also reported on Ferguson’s study which focused on violent video games being able to decrease violence.
