I am appalled, shocked and saddened by this news. I have stayed at The University Inn many, many times. This turns a corner for me.

Interesting to hear the news. I was the Head Resident for overflow students at the University Inn back in 1985. We occupied more than 20 rooms for one semester and thought we were living in luxury compared to the old dorms with a pool, TV sets and house cleaning.
