If you have a question about WebGarage or are in need of technical support for WebGarage please check out the WebGarage FAQ page first as your question may already have an answer there. If not, please send an email to webgarage@stetson.edu and include the following information:

• Your name and contact information;

• The URL (website address) of the page you need help with;

• The type of computer you're using (Mac or PC) and name of the browser you are using, for example, Internet Explorer (including the version number), Firefox, Safari, Chrome;

• Details about the problem you are encountering. Tell us what steps you are taking online, and where the process is breaking down. That way, we can duplicate the problem and pinpoint what needs to be fixed.

• If possible, capture a screen shot of the webpage that needs adjustment, and attach the image to your email.
