Living at Stetson

Students living on campus in summer 2011 willreside in University Village Apartments (UVA),a residential complex on the southeast side of campus. UVA has two layouts for students to consider. Each student who lives in UVA will be required to sign a lease and pay a refundable $250 security deposit (check or credit card only;no cash) when he/she signs the lease. Students will have the option of selecting a 1, 2 or 3 month lease depending on the reason for their stay.

The 2 bedroom apartment offers each student a private bedroom andprivate bathroom. A kitchen, furnished living room and washer and dryer are shared with 1 other person. The 4 bedroom apartment offers each student a private bedroom, a bathroomshared with one other person, and a kitchen,furnished living room and washers and dryers shared with three other people.

• UVA 2-bedroom apartment: $856 a month
• UVA 4-bedroom apartment: $816 a month

• 1 month lease, for Session 1: May 10-June 4
• 1 month lease, Session 2: June 5-June 30
• 2 month lease, Session 1 & 2: May 10-June 30
• 2 month lease, Session 3: May 10-July 1
• 2 month lease, Session 2: June 5 until transition into Fall housing assignment the first week of August, or Aug. 1 if moving off campus for Fall
• 3 month lease, entire summer: May 10 until transition into fall housing assignment the first week of August or Aug. 1 if moving off campus for fall
