On behalf of the Student Government Association and the Division of Campus Life and Student Success, we are happy to announce that a free shuttle service with Park Avenue Limos shall be available for Stetson University students to and from the Orlando International Airport (MCO).
This service is available on a limited basis during designated heavy travel periods throughout this academic school year including Thanksgiving, winter break, spring break and FOCUS orientation. Our goal is to provide a free transportation option for our students in order to help reduce stress and simplify transportation to the airport. The shuttle service transportation is offered to Stetson University students free of charge, excluding gratuity. Space is limited and reservations shall be made on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please note that the last day to sign up is Wednesday, May 1:
- Sunday, May 5 at 9 a.m.
- Monday, May 6 at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
- Tuesday, May 7 at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 8 at 2 p.m.
To make a registration, complete the Stetson Airport Transportation Registration.
If a seat is available at the time your request is received, you will receive a confirmation email with further information. If there is a not a seat available, you will be added to the wait list and notified by email when a seat becomes available. Note: These shuttle times are tentative and may change due to unforeseen circumstances, or to better accommodate the various student/passenger flight times as we receive them. Notification of controlled changes shall be sent out within two weeks before the original scheduled date. We shall attempt to notify you as soon as possible of changes due to uncontrollable circumstances as we become aware of them. It's recommended that you double-check times with reservation staff noted on your confirmation email prior to departure.

Do you provide transportation to the Daytona Beach International Airport and/or Orlando Sanford International Airport?
No, not at this time. We currently only provide transportation to the Orlando International Airport.
Will there be additional trips to and from the airport than those listed?
No, these are the available shuttle dates and times. If you need assistance finding alternate transportation, email Jennifer Carbon at email@example.com for a list of local shuttle companies.
Do I have to make a reservation?
Yes. Space is limited on each trip. You must complete and submit the free shuttle reservation form.

How much does the airport transportation cost?
The airport transportation service is offered to Stetson University students free of charge, excluding gratuity.
Where do students meet to depart from Stetson University to the Orlando International Airport?
Students taking the shuttle to the airport from Stetson University must meet at the CUB circle at least 15 minutes before their shuttle is scheduled to leave. In order to make sure students arrive at the airport on time for their departing flights, the shuttle cannot wait for students who are late.
Where do students meet the shuttle when arriving at the Orlando International Airport to be transported to Stetson University?
Students arriving at the Orlando International Airport will meet the shuttle at a designated ground transportation or baggage claim area in their terminal. The shuttle will have a Stetson University sign in the window. Details of the designated shuttle meeting area will be provided in the confirmation email sent out a week before departure.
What if my student's flight is not on time?
If the flight is delayed past the pickup time, the student will need to secure their own transportation or wait for the next shuttle if one is available. Students will be provided with a confirmation email that includes the contact information for the transportation coordinator should their flight be delayed.
How do I cancel a reservation?
If your student no longer needs transportation, please email Jennifer Carbon at email@example.com as soon as possible so another student may be offered the opportunity to reserve that space. Notifications of cancellations must be received at least 72 hours (three days) prior to the shuttle date reserved or a $25.00 fee may be assessed to their student account.
