Campus Climate Report

In the spring of 2016, the Stetson University Diversity and Inclusive Excellence Task Force and Rankin and Associates conducted a Campus Climate Survey of students, faculty and staff at its DeLand and Center at Celebration campus locations and its Gulfport College of Law and Tampa Law Center locations. The survey results have been compiled into two reports that will be released on consecutive days.

DeLand and Celebration

The DeLand and Celebration location reports will be presented on Wednesday, Sept. 21, at 2:30 p.m., in the Stetson Room at the Campus Climate Survey Report Town Hall meeting.

The Diversity and Inclusive Excellence Task Force is holding four open forums in DeLand to elicit suggestions for improving diversity and inclusivity at Stetson.

Forums:

  • Friday, Sept. 23, Noon-1 p.m., Sage Hall, Room 222
  • Tuesday, Sept. 27, 10-11 a.m., Stetson Room
  • Wednesday, Sept. 28, 6-7 pm., Stetson Room
  • Wednesday, Oct. 5, 3-4 p.m., Stetson Room

Additionally, students, faculty and staff can reach out to task force members directly, or submit anonymous suggestions through an online form.

Gulfport and Tampa

A similar survey completed at the Stetson University Gulfport campus and Tampa Law Center will be presented to the College of Law community at a town hall meeting on Thursday, Sept. 22, at noon in the Great Hall.
