O.L. Walker Professor of Christian Studies; Chair, Department of Religious Studies

Mitchell G. Reddish, professor and chair of the Department of Religious Studies, joined the Stetson University faculty in 1983. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in English from the University of Georgia and a master of divinity degree and a Ph.D. in New Testament studies from Southern Seminary in Louisville, Ky. His primary academic areas of interest are the history and literature of early Judaism and early Christianity. He frequently takes students on travel courses to the Middle East, Greece, Turkey, London and Paris.
