Dr. Maddox has taught at Stetson since 1985. He teaches a wide variety of classes including: Advanced Leadership Development, Creativity and Innovation, Leading Organization Change and Development, and Managerial Ethics, Sustainability and the Future. His teaching focus incorporates new leadership and management paradigm concepts and practices for the enhancement of organizations. His classes feature intensive experiential learning methods.
He has been an active trainer and consultant throughout his career often focusing on helping individuals and organizations become more skilled in the management of the Human Resource. He is a certified hypnotherapist and intends to build a performance consulting business in the near future. Dr. Maddox coordinates the Management Program in the School of Business Administration. He has been an active Futurist for the past 30 years.
