Faculty presenters are to wear regalia and meet backstage at 2:30 p.m. (entrance is on east side of Elizabeth Hall).
7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Graduate Hooding Ceremony | Lee Chapel, Elizabeth Hall
The hooding ceremony is for graduate students who have completed their advanced master degree requirements. The placing of a hood signifies the passage from student to master. The ceremony does not replace commencement exercises, but rather, complements the commencement ceremony with a more intimate occasion celebrating the achievements of each student.

*Processional begins promptly at 8:10 a.m.
Faculty Gathering - Melching Field Baseball Stadium
Faculty are asked to arrive in regalia to Melching Field Baseball Stadium no later than 7:45 a.m. to prepare for the processional. Access to Melching Field is located at the corner of Hubbard Avenue and Woodland Boulevard. The gate is to the left of the main entrance leading directly to the field. A volunteer will be stationed for directional support.
Beginning promptly at 8:10 a.m. the faculty and graduates will exit through the back gate and process across the street to Spec Martin Memorial Stadium. All personal belongings must accompany you to the ceremony so it is suggested to limit the number of items.
Please refer to the Commencement Parking Map for designated parking locations near the stadium as well as the Commencement Seating and Accessibility Map for directional information within the stadium.
12:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. College and School Receptions
Graduates and their families are invited to gather on campus for lunch and to visit with faculty and friends. Faculty are asked to join the receptions as a final farewell to their graduating students. Graduates will be able to pick up their diplomas and have the opportunity to recycle their caps and gowns at the drop off locations.
If you come immediately following the ceremony at Spec Martin Memorial Stadium there will be parking designated for you. Please refer to the Campus Reception Parking Map for your designated parking location.

Faculty participating in Commencement related activities are asked to wear academic regalia. Faculty members in need of rental regalia should contact the Stetson Bookstore to complete an order form as soon as possible. The deadline to order was March 17, 2016.
