No sound from laptop computer
  • Audio muted or turned down on computer - adjust
  • Projector not switched on - "projector on"
  • Select desired media source
  • Adjust audio setting on control panel or remote control
No sound from system
  • Audio muted on media source - adjust
  • Audio turned down on system - adjust
Sound too soft or loud
  • Adjust sound on media source first (to about 50%) then adjust system volume to appropriate level
Can't control VHS or DVD
  • Use hand-held remote control for DVD
  • Use transport control on touch-panel (if available)
No DVD player
  • Use computer in console as DVD player
