Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Partnership Foundation (JRCPF) has recently partnered with Stetson University in an attempt to promote community engagement among students. In the Fall 2007grant cycle,Mary Gossettwas chosen as the winner of the$1000 award. The money she received will be spent creating a youth choir at the Chisholm Center. An additional student, CarolLarson, was offered funding by ServiceBook.comso that she too could carry out her proposed project of service learning in an area elementary school.
