The MBA Program is designed to provide graduates with broad competence in administration and managerial decision-making.
The full-time student without prior academic work in business subjects should be able to complete the degree program in approximately two calendar years. A full time student with an undergraduate degree in a business field could possibly complete the program in one calendar year.
The course of study is divided into two broad areas: the business foundation and the advanced level courses.
Eligibility
Graduates of accredited universities who have received a baccalaureate degree are eligible to apply for admission to Stetson's MBA Program. The undergraduate degree need not be in business administration. The course of study is specifically designed to accommodate the non-business as well as the business degree holder. Indeed, combining the MBA with a non-business undergraduate degree is considered outstanding career preparation in many fields.
Program Availability
Stetson offers its MBA program at the main campus in DeLand, and at Celebration, FL (near Disney). Some MBA classes are also offered at The College of Law Campusin St. Petersburg, Florida. Students may elect a full time course of study or may pursue the degree on a part time basis. Night classes are offered so that students holding full time jobs can complete the full range of course requirements through evening study.
