Stetson Summer Online
Get Interactive
Our online courses bring the same personal attention and the same LIVE interactivity among classmates and professors for which Stetson is known nationally. There are no large classes for which  lectures are videotaped ahead of time. This is about small classes and serious interaction using a state of the art system that offers the same quality as the face-to-face summer classes at Stetson.
Stay Involved
We cap enrollment on these classes at 15, so you KNOW you'll be involved. Working with your peers is a great way to connect with your community at Stetson, so you won't miss a beat! Even though you might be thousands of miles from your Stetson friends and professors, the online courses give you a connection that keeps you sharp and focused, while you are away from the DeLand campus.

Stetson offers the same first-rate courses and the same great professors, allowing you to engage in the Stetson experience year round. Enrolling in these courses lets you make progress toward graduation, and save on housing expenses.
Sign Up Early
Check out the courses (select "Online Courses" under "Campus") and register for classes as soon as you can. The instructors need to know if you're interested, and the preparations need to be done. Remember, the enrollment is capped at 15 students for each class.
- Academic advising for undergraduates is scheduled for March 22-26, 2010
- Pre-registration for summer and fall is March 30-April 1, 2010
Questions?
- Technical Stuff: We use Elluminate as the primary vehicle for delivering instruction. This Web-based software works great for Macs and Windows, and the Information Technology department is here to help, if you need it.
- Your instructor might also require the use of personal webcams, microphones, Blackboard, or other software, accessible through Stetson University.
- Advising: Your faculty advisor has the answers you need.
- Cost: These undergraduate online courses are the same as our undergraduate on-campus courses except you won't have the on-campus housing expense.
