Stetson University Student Chapter American Choral Directors Association
PURPOSE
Stetson University's Chapter of the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) is a nonprofit music-education organization. Its ambition is to promote choral achievement through advocacy and boost choral music's position in American society. Chapter members implicitly hold membership at the national, divisional, and state level. Membership is open to all Stetson University students - music and non-music majors alike.
ACDA members are presented the opportunity to learn from experienced teachers/conductors by attending regional and national conventions, conduct and perform as students, manage Stetson's annual High School Honors Choral Festival, and participate in community outreach events/social activities.
