Each school or indidivual is responsible for their own travel and accommodations for Choral Festival.

FOOD

Each school or individual is responsible for providing their own meals during the Choral Festival Weekend.  Student registration fees cover a pizza party at 9PM Friday in the palm court at Stetson. A complimentary director's luncheon will be held in the faculty lounge at noon on Saturday.

The Stetson student cafeteria in the Carlton Union Building is very convenient and reasonably priced.  They have a widely varying menu and very comfortable accommodations.  There are many restuarants in the DeLand area conveniently located on Woodland Blvd.

PARKING

The University public safety officers will put up "Event Parking" signs in various places on campus.  Regardless of other signage, Choral Festival participants may park where those signs indicate.  Presser/McMahan Halls have a drive through area suitable for drop-off.  BUSES will not fit in that circle drive, but there is plenty of room for vans and other types of vehicles.  Parking works best in the lots along East Michigan Avenue between Woodland Blvd. and Amelia.  Watch for the Event Parking signs along Michigan.
