Passports and Visas

Passports are required for travel to countries outside the United States and are the responsibility of each participant. Information and forms are available at your local U.S. courthouse or at http://www.travel.state.gov/passport.

Visas are not required of U.S. citizens traveling to Spain for this two-week program.

Travel Plans

Please arrange your travels so that you arrive in Madrid on Sunday, June 2, 2024.  Participants must make their own travel arrangements. Many airlines offer discounted airfares if bookings are made well in advance of departure.

Important exam information: The examination will not be given on-site in the country in which the program is held. Instead, the examination will be sent to you by email by 10:00 a.m. EST on the Monday following the last day of class of the program. You will have until 5:00 p.m. EST on the following Monday (approximately eight days) to complete the examination. Please note that the time zone used is EST, or the current time in Gulfport, Florida, and not the time zone in which you may be taking the examination. You may complete the examination at any time during this period. However, once you open each examination, you will only have one (1) hour in which to complete and submit, the examination to the Registrar at Stetson at [email protected]. In order to access the examination you will need to use the Stetson email account assigned to you. You may use your class notes, and any materials used in class, but you may not consult with any other person in completing the examination.
