Passports and Visas
Passports are required for travel to countries outside the United States and are the responsibility of each participant. Information and forms are available at your local U.S. courthouse or at http://www.travel.state.gov/passport. Visas are not required of U.S. citizens traveling to The Netherlands.
Participants must make their own travel arrangements. Many airlines offer discounted airfares if bookings are made well in advance of departure.
Please arrange your travel so that you arrive in The Hague by Sunday, July 2, 2017 before 5:00 p.m., as you will need to pick up your housing key before 5:00 p.m. and make it to the mandatory orientation at 7:00 p.m.
Important exam information: The examination will not be given on-site in the country in which the program is held. Instead, the examinations will be sent to you by email at approximately 10:00 a.m. EST on the Monday following the last day of class of the program. You will have until 11:59 p.m. EST on the following Monday (approximately eight days) to complete the examinations. Please note that the time zone used is EST, or the current time in Gulfport, Florida, and not the time zone in which you may be taking the examinations. You may complete the examinations at any time during this period. However, once you open the examinations, you will only have one hour to complete each, and submit, the examination to the Registrar at Stetson at firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to access the examinations you will need to use the Stetson email account assigned to you. You may use your class notes, and any materials used in class, but you may not consult with any other person in completing the examination.
