Single rooms only, all with separate baths and small refrigerators, have been reserved at the Institute of Social Studies ("ISS") at The Hague, Netherlands. The rooms are modern and well maintained. A cafeteria is located in an adjoining building, and the housing includes a hearty breakfast and lunch, but only on Monday-Friday. Also, every three to four rooms, you will find a nearby, communal kitchen. There are laundry machines in the building on the ground floor that operate with tokens, which you may purchase. The housing includes internet access and study facilities for all students. The classroom is located in an adjoining building. There is no curfew, and each student will be provided a key for access to their room and their building.
All housing is assigned in the order of application to the program (including payment of the deposit). To reserve housing through Stetson, the deposit of $100 must be received by Stetson no later than March 15. Once a housing reservation has been accepted, it is not subject to cancellation.
If arriving earlier or leaving later you must make arrangements directly with the Institute for Social Studies (ISS) in The Hague. You will be responsible for any additional costs. Stetson University College of Law is able to arrange for special rates for student housing during the program due to the number of rooms involved, and the length of our stay. The College of Law will not arrange for you to stay for additional nights before, or after, the program, so you must contact the ISS to make your own arrangements for any extra days. However, you will be responsible for any additional charges, and you should be aware that the rates may be higher than those available during the program.
