Testing Modifications for Foreign Students

In accordance with the College of Law policy on Testing Modifications for Foreign Students (PDF), students may request ESL modifications. Students must submit the Request for ESL Modifications Form to the Registrar's Office by the deadline for exam conflicts and final exam accommodations posted on the Academic Calendar. 

A testing modification for foreign students is not considered a disability accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act in accordance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and ADA Amendments Act of 2008, and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504, as amended).
