Stetson's benefit program provides medical, dental, life, disability, and insurance benefits to eligible regular full time employees (minimum 32 hours per week) who meet applicable plan and policy requirements for eligibility and coverage. Benefits may vary based on type of position (faculty or staff) and also status (regular, temporary, probationary, and full or part time status). The list above is intended to assist by providing a listing of the types of benefit coverage available at Stetson. The availability of coverage and level of benefits is governed exclusively by the plan terms and applicable policies and not by this listing. Benefit costs vary. In some cases, benefits costs are funded wholly or partially by the College of Law while others are voluntary benefits employees may elect at their own expense. These latter benefits are often available on a pre-tax basis.
