Stetson Law students won the John Marshall Law School International Moot Court Competition in Information Technology and Privacy Law.

Stetson University College of Law's Information, Technology, and Privacy Moot Court Team received an award for the Best Respondent Brief at the Twenty-Sixth Annual John Marshall Law School International Moot Court Competition in Information Technology and Privacy Law Oct. 18-20 in Chicago.


Stetson Law student receives outstanding oralist award at moot court competition in New York

 Stetson University College of Law student Kerrie Taylor received an outstanding oralist award at the Conrad B. Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court competition March 19 in New York City.


Stetson’s moot court wins national competition second year in a row

Stetson University College of Law’s moot court team won the 2007 National Tax Moot Court Competition Feb. 10 in St. Pete Beach.

This year’s team of Katie Cole and Tino Lisella remained undefeated throughout three days of competition. Sixteen teams from law schools around the country competed.


Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles wins International Environmental Moot Court Competition at Stetson Law

A team of students from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles are the winners of the 11th annual International Environmental Moot Court Competition at Stetson University College of Law. The final rounds of competition were held Nov. 8-11.


Student Moot Court Teams win best brief at Orlando competition

Students from Stetson University College of Law moot court teams won best brief awards at the Workers’ Compensation Moot Court Competition in Orlando on Aug. 13 and 14.
