Professor Allen recently spoke at the annual conference of the National Organization of Veterans Advocates on the topic “Major Developments in Veterans Law.” He also recently gave a speech titled “The Supreme Court’s October 2011 Term” at a luncheon for the Federal Bar Association of Palm Beach County.
