Rafael Guzman

Prior to joining Stetson, Professor Rafael Guzman taught criminal law and evidence at the University of Arkansas. An expert on the multistate bar examination, Guzman teaches the Super Bar Weekend Series, which helps prepare third- and fourth-year Stetson students by offering presentations on evidence, torts, and criminal law. In addition to teaching, Guzman has served as a national lecturer, legislative research fellow, staff attorney for George Washington University, and director of the Des Moines/Polk County Criminal Justice Center. He is a member of the Order of the Coif.
