Clark Mueler Bierley, PLLC (Recent Graduates for an Associate position in its Tampa, FL office).  The employer has provided the following information:
We are looking for a new graduate or attorney with up to two years experience who can assist with research and writing as well as document review for large business/commercial litigation cases. Prefer background in accounting and/or business. Candidate must be familiar with dealing with electronically stored information, proficient in computer skills, be an excellent researcher and writer, and have ability to get along with people in a small office setting.

Jenkins Law P.L. is a small, local law firm specializing in personal injury, plaintiff’s insurance claims, and criminal defense. We run a fast-paced, high volume practice with an emphasis on litigation. The ideal candidate should have an interest in litigation and experience drafting various types of pleadings and discovery. This position will focus on the litigation of homeowner’s property claims; however, the law clerk will have the opportunity to learn about the personal injury and criminal defense practice. Additionally, the law clerk will have numerous opportunities to attend hearings, depositions, and potentially trials. Applicants can apply, and modify applications, until the deadline, as no candidate materials are sent to an employer until after the close of the application period.
