Summer Internships at New York Attorney General’s Office

Dear Students,

We again look forward to the possibility of having a Stetson law student participate in the summer intern program with the New York Attorney General’s Environmental Protection Bureau in Albany, New York.

We were very fortunate to have had Stetson students in this internship for three summers in a row, and each of them did a fine job and enjoyed the internship. In fact, they represented our school so well that the Attorney General’s Environmental Protection Bureau is holding a slot for a Stetson intern. We are honored to have this wonderful opportunity and hope you will apply if you have an interest in environmental or administrative law.

Please view the EPB Internship Overview (PDF) of the Bureau’s summer internship program. The Bureau’s activities are supplemented by office-wide programs, including events with judges from every level of the New York court system.

If you are interested, please submit the following to Professor Long as soon as possible: a cover letter, an unofficial transcript, and a writing sample. Students will likely by interviewed by the Bureau in February.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact Professor Long or Professor Gardner.
