This summer’s program is called Summer Institute in International Business and Financial Law and will be held from June 28 to July 26, 2014 at a total program cost (dependent on housing selection) of $10,395-$11,295.

Week 1 (June 30 – July 3, 2014)

An Introduction to the Convention on The International Sale of Goods (1 credit)

International Trade Law (GATT and WTO) (1 credit)

Week 3 (July 14-17, 2014)

Week 4 (July 21-24, 2014)

Chinese Business Law (1 credit)

Instructor: Hongyou (Forest) Sun, Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai

The program is open to law students, lawyers and business professionals interested in studying in China. Law students and lawyers should have an active interest in international business law and/or public international law to make the most of this exciting academic experience. Lawyers and business professionals may enroll in all four weeks of the program or enroll in those sessions that are of interest to them at a pro-rated amount. It is estimated that there will be 20 participants enrolled in the program. The application deadline is April 30, 2014.
