Stetson Law’s ABA Chapter and Student Bar Association Support Louisiana Flood Victims
As many of you are aware, there has been massive flooding in Louisiana, particularly in Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas. The floods reached catastrophic levels and thousands of residents were forced to evacuate their homes. Some of those affected by this awful tragedy include students, faculty and staff at two law schools in Baton Rouge – Southern University Law Center and Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU. Some law students have organized efforts from outside the state of Louisiana to assist with the efforts to help restore a sense of normalcy. The leadership of Stetson’s ABA and SBA have decided to support these efforts by supporting the Red Cross through a Crowdrise fundraiser..
Please help us help them by going to following link and contributing what you can: https://www.crowdrise.com/stetson-laws-aba-chapter-and-student-bar-association-support-louisiana-flood-victims
If you have any questions about this fundraiser, please contact Nathan Bruemmer, ABA Representative or Diriki Geuka, SBA President.
