Stetson Law Review is currently accepting student-authored works for publication!
To All Stetson Law Students:
Stetson Law Review is currently accepting student-authored works for publication! Stetson Law Review welcomes the submission of student articles of substantial legal merit that meet the guidelines described below. If you are selected, your article will be published in one of the upcoming issues of Stetson Law Review, and you may become eligible for membership in the organization!
All articles submitted for consideration by the Publication Committee should present strong legal arguments and must provide ample support for them. Stetson Law Review is a “citation-heavy” journal, meaning that each of the Author’s assertions should be supported by an appropriate source. Student articles should be approximately 35–55 double-spaced pages long and must contain footnotes. Citations should adhere to a recognized citation manual (either ALWD or Bluebook). Currently, Stetson Law Review is accepting submissions for its Symposium Issue (animus in the law) and its Local Government Issue (Florida law).
If you believe that your article meets Stetson Law Review’s publication standards, please email an MS Word-formatted copy of your article to email@example.com by 5:00 PM on October 20, 2017. Late submissions will not be accepted. The Publication Committee will review each of the submissions and make a final decision by November 4, 2017. We will contact you regarding the status of your article no later than November 6, 2017.
Thank you for your interest in Stetson Law Review, and we look forward to reading your submissions. If you have any questions, please contact Leah Johnson, Executive Editor, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
