“Stetson Law Review” Cited by SCOTUS Chief Justice

Stetson Law Review was cited by Chief Justice John Roberts of the U.S. Supreme Court in the April 29, 2015 Opinion Williams-Yulee v. Florida State Bar. The Williams-Yulee case involved the issue of limits on judicial candidates personally soliciting campaign contributions. The members of Stetson Law Review collaborate to publish legal scholarship in contemporary topics relevant on both a national and state level. Citation to a Stetson Law Review Article is an honor at any level, but it is especially so when the citation is from the Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court.
