Estes, Ingram, Foels & Gibbs, P.A.  (2Ls for Summer Associate positions in its office(s) in Orlando, FL). The employer has provided the following information:
ESTES, INGRAM, FOELS & GIBBS, P.A. is an AV rated civil litigation firm founded May 1, 1986. The Firm is engaged in a general litigation practice consisting almost entirely of insurance defense litigation. The Firm’s legal staff consists of nine attorneys, litigation paralegals, and legal nurse consultants. The Firm defends professional liability claims from all professions and engages in the defense of vehicular liability, premises liability, employer liability, governmental and sovereign liability, antitrust, and almost any type of case that requires the services of a trial attorney.  Candidate should be motivated, organized and creative. S/he will need to evaluate and solve problems within specific time constraints in an environment devoted to defending the interests of medically specialized clients, usually in the context of medical malpractice litigation. S/he should have exceptional reading, writing and analytical skills as shown by a good academic record. S/he will need to be able to communicate well verbally as an advocate and have as a goal becoming a talented litigator with the skills to help others.

Kenyon Law Group, PLLC  (2Ls for School Year Law Clerk positions in its office(s) in Bradenton, FL). The employer has provided the following information:
A law student is needed part-time (10-25 hrs per week) for pulling case law to support motions, drafting basic motions from templates provided, and providing responses to discovery requests for two Bradenton lawyers who practice civil injury law and immigration law.  We will work with class schedules.  We are looking for someone who appreciates a fast-paced, litigation-friendly environment. Ability to speak Spanish would be useful, but is not required. Office located directly across the street from the Bradenton courthouse.

Osceola County Attorney’s Office (1Ls and 2Ls for Summer Law Clerk positions in its office(s) in Kissimmee, FL). The employer has provided the following information:
The Office of the County Attorney was established by the Osceola County Home Rule Charter and the County Attorney reports directly to the Board of County Commissioners. The County Attorney provides legal counsel for the Board of County Commissioners, files and defends lawsuits on behalf of the County Commission, and assists in the preparation and implementation of all ordinances, codes and resolutions adopted by the Board. The Office is seeking an intern (and possibly up to two) who will work directly under the supervision of practicing attorneys and learn about local government law practice. The intern will have the opportunity to engage in the following tasks: Perform legal research of Federal and State statutes, case law, court rules and other documents as required; Draft correspondence and other documents; Attend meetings and hearings with attorneys in the office; and, Become acquainted with County policies and procedures.

Rotella Legal Group (1Ls and 2Ls for School Year Law Clerk (continuing into summer) positions in its office(s) in Tampa, FL). The employer has provided the following information:
Exciting opportunity with growing Tampa based firm serving as outside general counsel to health care businesses nationwide. Position will support 4 attorneys on day to day corporate legal work, administrative and miscellaneous projects.

Spartan Securities Group (3Ls for School Year Law Clerk (compliance work) and Recent Graduates for Permanent (compliance work) positions in its office(s) in Clearwater, FL). The employer has provided the following information:
Position is part time providing research and organizational support to the firm’s CCO and CEO relating to compliance in securities litigation and regulatory inquiries.

Applicants can apply, and modify applications, until the deadline, as no candidate materials are sent to an employer until after the close of the application period.

Stetson Law OCR Policy AffirmationEvery student participating in OCR must complete Stetson Law’s On Campus Recruiting Policy Agreement Form (found by clicking here) before their materials will be sent to the employer.  Note that if you completed this for a prior application Session you do not need to do it again (i.e. it only needs to be done once).
