Law clerk position available in a plaintiff’s litigation firm. Ideally looking for a 2L or 3L candidate for a law clerk position that could subsequently transition into an attorney position. The firm specializes in first party insurance litigation. General duties would include drafting discovery responses, demands, mediation statements, as well as legal and factual research for motions and memorandums. Candidates will also have the opportunity to attend hearings, depositions, trials, and mediations. The firm is conveniently located in Tampa by the airport.

Stetson University College of Law Veterans Law Institute  (1Ls, 2Ls, 3Ls, LL.M (Advocacy), LL.M (Elder Law), and LL.M (International Law) students for School Year Law Clerk positions in its office(s) in Gulfport, FL). The employer has provided the following information:
Assistant to Stetson’s Student Veteran Liaison, Ms. Shirley Wells. Assist her with duties that include advertising, website development, and student outreach. Additionally, this student will assist in the implementation of a case management program which will assist the Institute in serving veterans. This position is a great way to become part of the Veterans Law Institute team.

Applicants can apply, and modify applications, until the deadline, as no candidate materials are sent to an employer until after the close of the application period.
