Tools to Quit is a one-time 2 hour FREE program to help participants plan their quitting process, establish goals, and learn strategies that will help them succeed. Stetson students, faculty and staff who are  interested in quitting tobacco can participate and will be provided with a FREE and optional supply of nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) including patches, gum, or lozenges (while supplies last).
