Brian Morris, an APA-certified primary instructor of polygraph, will discuss the impact of the device on criminal law proceedings. He will speak on the use of polygraph in police criminal investigations, reliability, admissibility, and how you need to be prepared to deal with polygraphs in future cases. He will speak particularly about how law enforcement is closing cases before attorneys ever see them using polygraphs.
Mr. Morris received his JD from the University of Idaho, his MBA from the University of Pheonix, and his BA from the University of Utah. He is a state approved examiner in California, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, and Washington.
