First-Year Legal Research and Writing Faculty

The first-year legal research and writing curriculum is taught by full-time tenured, tenure-track and visiting faculty members. Faculty produce scholarship about legal communication and legal writing pedagogy as well as in other areas including including human rights, international law, environmental law, media law, professional responsibility, and reproductive rights. Faculty have held positions in state and federal government, as judicial clerks, in international and public interest organizations, and as attorneys in large and small firms. They hold leadership positions in state, regional and national legal research and writing organizations. Some hold advanced degrees in law, human communication, library science, and other fields.
