LL.M. in Elder Law - Audit Courses

Individuals who are not seeking the LL.M. degree but who wish to enroll in some LL.M. classes may apply to audit those classes. Individuals must complete an application (download Audit Form PDF) to audit the course(s). Those who are approved to audit must pay a fee of $1,000 per credit hour. Although individuals who are auditing courses are not required to take any final exam or write any seminar papers, they are expected to participate in any projects and class discussions. No academic credit is awarded to those who audit courses. If the individual subsequently decides to seek the LL.M. in Elder Law, the individual does not receive credit for the course(s) audited.

Completed applications should be submitted to Stetson's Center for Elder Justice by email or mail. For assistance, please email [email protected].
