Bar Preparation Services - Foreign Law School Graduates

In Florida, graduates of foreign law schools may not sit for the Bar examination unless they also hold a J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school. Florida does not permit foreign attorneys to sit if they hold only an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from a U.S. law school. Other states have different requirements. To determine these requirements, please consult the Board of Bar Examiners in the state in which you wish to sit for the examination. You may also find a comprehensive guide to Bar Admission Requirements on the NCBE website.
