Carson Hollis Hall
 
 
Carson Hollis is a coed, freshmen only, residence hall and is located in front of sage hall. The building houses 96 male and female students with areas of the building dedicated to each gender for privacy. All residents live in double rooms and share common bath facilities on their floor. University supplied lofts are available at request. Common areas include a kitchen, laundry room and main lobby where students can study, relax or just gather with friends.

Chaudoin Hall
 
 
Chaudoin Hall is an all-female Residence Hall with the capacity to house 230 students. One third of the students (primarily upperclassmen) live in doubles with a suite bath arrangement while freshman typically live in doubles in the north wing of the building and share common bath facilities on their floor. Single rooms are available. Additional facilities include a kitchen on each floor, one laundry room, study rooms and a large 1st floor lounge area where students can relax, watch television or play the piano. Limited ADA accessibility.

Conrad Hall
 
 
Conrad Hall houses approximately 85 first-year female residents in a community-style living arrangement. All residents live in doubles and share common bath facilities located on their floor. University-supplied lofts are available at request. The building has laundry facilities, study rooms, a kitchen (minus a stove) and a central television lounge.

Emily Hall
 
 
Emily Hall is a residence hall for upperclassmen with priority given to senior, juniors, and sophomore students. This building houses 220 male and female students with separate living areas provided for each gender. Accommodations are arranged by doubles with a suite bath shared between two units. Common areas include study rooms, lounges, laundry facilities and a kitchen.

Gordis Hall
 
 
Gordis Hall is a coed freshmen only residence hall designed as part of our First Year Studies program, and is located near to the intramural soccer fields. This building houses 144 male and female students with common areas including a laundry room and individual hall lounges. University-supplied lofts are available at request.

Nemec Hall
 
 
Nemec Hall, which will house members of Stetson's IFC chapters for the summer and fall 2008, is a coed residence hall separated into male and female living areas consisting of 30 students each and can hold a total of 145 students. Freshmen typically live in doubles with common bath facilities. All rooms open to a central lounge area and all residents have access to the main lounge with a kitchen, vending machines and laundry facilities. University-supplied lofts are available at request.

Smith Hall
 
 
Smith Hall is near to the intramural soccer fields. It is an all freshman residence hall consisting of double rooms that share community bath facilities on each floor. The building houses 164 male and female students in separate living areas. Individual hall lounges and a central laundry facility are available for use by all residents and university lofts are available at request.

Stetson Hall
 
 
Stetson Hall, which houses Stetson's Honors Program, is a coed residence hall offering suite style living. The building houses 165 residents all of who share common areas including study rooms, lounges, laundry facilities, a kitchen and a picnic area with grills. Accommodations are arranged by suites with two double rooms sharing a bath. University-supplied lofts are available at request. Limited ADA accessibility.

Residence Hall "A"
 
 
Residence Hall "A," Stetson's newest housing addition, consists of two-person suites with single bedrooms. Bathrooms are shared by two students within each suite. The building houses 115 residents who have earned at least 30 hours or more. Laundry facilities and study lounges with wireless internet are available on each floor. Residents of this hall have access to the University Village Appartments Rinker Clubhouse. ADA accessable with elevator and card swipe access.

Maxcy Hall
 
 
Maxcy Hall, one of Stetson's newest housing additions, is part of the University Village Apartment Complex and has twelve two-bedroom apartments. Priority is given to students who have earned 60 or more credit hours. For Apartment Information, see University Village Apartments below.

The Service Station
 
 
The Service Station is specialty, suite housing for 11 students who are committed to community service. Residential Life and the Community Service Office partner with the Service Station residents to promote, integrate and implement volunteerism on and off campus. Students selected to live at Service Station are committed to performing a minimum of four hours of volunteer service per week, either individually or with the group, as well as assist in community service activities for other students. Each suite has its own kitchen (minus a stove) and residents have access to laundry facilities in Carson-Hollis Hall.

Foreign Language House
 
 
The Foreign Language House is designed to bring together international students and upperclassmen who are pursuing the study of foreign languages (French, German, Spanish or Russian). The building, adjacent to Sorority Row, houses 16 residents.

French House
 
 
The French House is similar to the Foreign Language house in that it encourages interaction between International Students and students majoring or minoring in French or international studies. This building, adjacent to the Foreign Language house, consists of five single bedrooms, all of which have access to two baths, a full kitchen, laundry facilities and a common living area.

Fraternity Row
 
 
Fraternity Row is home to five fraternities: Delta Sigma Phi, Pi Kappa Alpha, Phi Sigma Kappa, Pi Kappa Phi and Sigma Phi Epsilon. Each fraternity house has space for 32 students. Every house consists of a Chapter Room, a common bathroom and 16 double rooms. During the Summer and Fall 2008 all University Fraternity houses will undergo a complete renovation and is expected to reopen in 2009. Sorority Row
 
 
Sorority Row is home to five sororities: Pi Beta Phi, Alpha Xi Delta, Alpha Chi Omega, Zeta Tau Alpha and Delta Delta Delta. Every house consists of a Chapter Room, a common bathroom and 16 double rooms. Each chapter independently determines the residents who will live in their house, with the guidence of their national organization and Stetson's Department of Residential Life / Fraternity & Sorority Affairs. University Village Apartments
 
 
The University Village Apartments offer all of the amenities you might find at off-campus complexes while providing the advantage of campus living. Each apartment is fully furnished with a private bedroom for each resident, two baths, a laundry facility, cable, wireless internet, a full kitchen, dining area and living area. Residents have access to on-site parking and the Rinkerclubhouse which houses a game room, computer lab and lounge/meeting space. Preference is given to students who have earned 60 or more credit hours.
