Leasing Process
Effective for the 2008 – 2009 academic year, any student living in new housing (defined as UVA and Hall A) will be required to pay a $250 refundable security deposit at the time he/she signs the lease. Students may pay this by check or credit card (American express, Discover, Master Card, or Visa) only. No cash will be accepted.

*Students who have earned 60+ total cumulative hours are eligible to live in the University Village Apartments.
*Students who have earned 30+ total cumulative hours are eligible to live in New Residence Hall A.
