  8:30 - 9:00 Check in, informal introductions, coffee & tea.
  9:00 - 9:15 Seminar kickoff: Pre-seminar survey results.
    Review objectives, expectations.
  9:15 - 10:30 FirmWorks - That's Why They Call It Practice.
    Subjects include: Managing workload, interacting with support staff, developing
    mentoring relationships, and grasping the importance of an attorney's ultimate
    responsibility for his or her own career development.
  10:30 - 10:45 Morning break.
  10:45 - 12:00 FirmWorks – Practical Applications.
    Mini-case studies and related activities. Includes hand-held audience
    response units for anonymous polling and participant feedback to ensure
    a high level of engagement and interactivity.
  12:00 - 12:45 Lunch (bag lunch provided).
  12:45 - 2:00 FirmWorks - More Practice.
    Subjects include: Understanding the economic underpinnings of law firms, exploring
    practical professionalism including establishing a personal code of ethics, practicing
    with integrity and responding to ethical dilemmas, dealing with negative and
    overly positive reviews, remedying skill set gaps, and building your reputation.
  2:00 - 3:15 FirmWorks – More Application.
    Mini-case studies and related activities. Includes hand-held audience
    response units for anonymous polling and participant feedback.
  3:15 - 3:30 Afternoon break.
  3:30 - 4:00 FirmWorks - Take away plans.
    Group activities employing the seminar’s information: Developing plans and
    procedures to enhance recruiting, improve retention, and increase job satisfaction.
  4:00 - 4:30 Group presentations and discussion.
    (Three presentations at 10 minutes each).
  4:30 - 5:30 Cocktails and post-seminar interactions.
