E4* Personal Leadership Development Plan (Fall 2008)

A framework for self-directed leadership development where LAB and professional staff provide consultation,

info sessions and resources to help students develop in these areas:

Identity

Community

Diversity

Global

Group 

In the E4 framework, programs fall into one or more of the following categories: 

Engage: Experiences that spark student interest, encourage involvement, and let students explore opportunities

Educate: Experiences that provide opportunities for new learning, and/or impart new information or insight

Enrich: Experiential opportunities that facilitate growth and/or skill development; allow students to synthesize information for their own benefit

Empower: Opportunities that promote and support initiative for the benefit of others; that recognize accomplishments

 

 

Leadership Advisory Board

The leadership Advisory Board is a group of experienced student volunteers

who develop and implement a variety of programs including

Citizen Project

 

Stetson Citizen Project

This program lets students to learn how Stetson University really works. Areas to be covered include:

University governance, finance, development, alumni affairs, enrollment management, academics, athletics,

campus life, facilities, and history/culture.

 

Awards and Recognition

Each year, the Campus Life Achievement Awards celebrates outstanding contributions to the Stetson University community by organizations and individuals. Nominations are accepted year-round.
