Program Fee
The Program Fee is $315 if registering by November 30 and $345 if registering after that date. The fee includes instructional sessions, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and four meal functions. Cancellations
Cancellations occurring after January 1 will incur a $35.00 administrative fee. Sorry, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the conference. Substitutions are always permitted.

Housing Information
The DeLand Holiday Inn (386) 738-5200 is offering special rates for the Pastors’ School. Participants should make reservations directly with the hotel before Jan. 4, 2010 and be sure to ask for the Stetson Pastors’ School rate. Housing costs are not included in the conference fee.

Special Outing
This year we have arranged for you to play Victoria Hills Golf Course in DeLand. We will set Tee Times for Wednesday afternoon. You will pay the course directly. The cost is $59.00 (normally $79.00). This beautiful 18-hole, par-72 course was designed by Ron Garl to display Florida’s natural rolling hills and foliage.

Childcare
Stetson University has no childcare facilities but we will assist you in finding child care services if needed. No children will be allowed in the conference rooms during any presentations.
