Project Management Certificate Program - Registration
Eligibility
There are no minimum requirements to attend a project management course, and the Project Management Professional® credential may be earned by individuals with a high school degree. However, if you are interested in the program, you should be able to affirm two or more of the following statements:
- I have work experience in one or more fields and the work I have done could be broadly labeled as projects. Project management courses or even the PMP® credential would improve my performance and marketability for current and future employment.
- My current employment can be characterized as working on projects and I want to improve my skills and my value to my organization.
- I want to earn the PMP® or CAPM® credential as a mark of professionalism in my current job or to strengthen my resume for a future job.
- I am interested in exploring the project management field as a new or future career goal.
Times
Most day courses meet from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening courses may be scheduled for groups of six or more.
Length
The length of courses varies and depends on the type of course and when it's offered:
- Core courses: Three days
- Elective courses: Two days
- Evening courses (if scheduled): Six evenings from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Location
All courses are held at the Stetson University Center at Celebration at 800 Celebration Avenue, Celebration Fla. 34747.
Cost
Course costs vary by the course type:
- Core courses: $995
- Elective courses: $695
- Tool courses:
- Microsoft Project: $695 (two days)
- Project Management Professional® exam preparation: $995 (three days)
