Online Basic Legal Training Program -
Technology Requirements

In general, if you are using a computer purchased within the last five years you will likely have all the technology you need for the program, though you may have to install some basic programs such as Adobe Reader and Elluminate/Collaborate. More detailed information will be provided to students enrolled in the program.
System requirements:
- PC (Windows 2000, XP, Vista, or Windows 7) or Mac (Mac OS X) – must have a built-in or add-on microphone
- Microsoft Office (version 97-2003 or higher) for use with Word and PowerPoint documents -- or -- a document reader for these document types. Readers are free and are relatively quick and easy to install.
- Elluminate or Collaborate (We'll show you how to install this.)
- Adobe Reader
- Java
- Firefox (Mozilla) web browser
- Reliable and stable Internet connection
