What are your seating capacities?
A: Our seating capacities go up to 175 participants. The specifics for each room on on the Facilities page.
What are the AV capabilities?
A: We provide basic AV and Internet service as included with the space rental.
What is the rental cost?
A: Rooms such as 109, 126, 212, 215, or 318 are rented at a very reasonable cost, and computer labs can also be rented at very reasonable fees. Call for details. The atrium is also available for rent.
May we cater in our own food and beverages?
A: Yes. We can also assist with catering; there is normally no additional charge or mark-up for this service.
What other services do you provide?
A: We have breakout rooms for a modest additional fee. We normally can provide some marketing assistance. We may be able to help with program registration services for a slight fee.
